Our search engine is using quality checked and certified software

In a certification process our search engine is the first search engine in Germany tested successfully in the categories “functionality”, “usability” and “data security” by the TÜV SÜD. Therefore our search engine is allowed to hold the recognized TÜV SÜD certificate.

The scope of the examination included the following elements:

• Functional test: The requirements of DIN / ISO / IEC 12119 "Information technology. Software-products quality requirements and testing regulations” were applied.
• Usability test: For the assessment in ergonomic terms, the DIN / EN / ISO 9241 "Ergonomics of human-system interaction - Part 110: Dialogue principles" was taken as a basis.
  
  
• Data security test: The German legal requirements (German Federal Privacy Act, German Telemedia Act), the German BSI standard recommendation of security measures (IT basic protection), as well as common standards used and in practice were taken as a basis.

The Result: The CASPARDO^® search engine meets all relevant, recognized standards which a modern software must provide.
